So, I was looking for a place where maybe I could buy canned oolong tea (a fond memory of japan) and I came across this article about the challenges inherent in canning green tea (apprently, it turns brown easily, and the Japanese don’t dig on this) The solution? mm, ok first i thought “TN” was tennessee or something (another instance of the japanese picking english words at random) but i guess it stands for “tea & natural”
